Enjoyed our very good fried shrimp and low key atmosphere. Back for second visit after 11 months. Still excellent seafood. My wife enjoyed the spinach Pattie and I greatly enjoyed great fried onion rings. The shrimp and fish lunch special was great! 5 stars again for Sid and Linda!

Clean restaurant and nice service! The food was okay at best. Maybe because we went later around 8 and it wasn't busy. Food came out cold and the poor scallops were cooked so long it was like chewing gum... The sweet tea was great and the fried oysters were pretty good, even better if they had been hot. The fried mushrooms were tasty but again cold and mushy due to grease. Food was just not the best. Might try again at a busier time.

I haven't tried the restaurant, but in terms of the market side of things it's nice. The prices aren't TOOOO bad for the fish and this place does sell a whole fish as well. I do wish they put the prices up for that and I also wish they had a wider variety of fish they sell whole, but overall it's a nice place. I'll try the restaurant next time. They also will cook the fish or fillet if you want.

TL;DR: Very poor costumer service. Pretty good food! Loved my fried basa. Unfortunately I waited thirty minutes for it, despite the restaurant having only 3 other tables with guests. Both waitresses were attitudinal, bored, and rarely tended to any of the tables needs (refills etc.). Got one my orders wrong (didn't care to even apologize) and topped it off with bringing the wrong check. Restaurant is fairly clean, despite the dirty/dusty blinds I was sat next to. Very dark inside, generally unfriendly environment. Fish was great! Beautiful crisp crust and light, airy center. Sides (fries and coleslaw) were almost average quality. Totally ignored. Food overall was nothing remarkable, definitely not worth the wait and terrible service.

I visited for the first time. I thought the shrimp was great. The hush puppies were too my liking. Very clean restaurant. I will recommend this place.
